Clearly, Mediafleet can’t invoice you, the customer, unless you are 100% happy with the finished project.
To make sure that happens, all vinyl application is undertaken by Mediafleet employees. Other organisations often have a significant reliance upon the UK’s sub-contractor network – these are independent vinyl fiiters that can be hired to fit vinyl. At Mediafleet we have no reliance upon the sub-contractor network. This means we maintain control of the standards and quality.
For you, the customer, this means less vehicle downtime and less corruption of your brand. There is nothing worse than seeing poorly applied graphics or graphics that are peeling, blistering or faded. We’ll make sure this doesn’t happen to your branding.
Quality Control Checking
Fully transparent quality check and final approval service
100% satisfaction is the only metric we’re interested in. That’s we’ve created a quality check workflow that is transparent and clear, and keeps you fully up-to-date with the application process. We’ll share information and photos with you at key stages of the project, or whenever you request insights, so you can clearly see your branding come to life. It’s a flexible and time-saving system to allow you to sign-off work without having to physically be on-site.
