Mediafleet Serves up Ace branding for Europcar's Official Partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association
Europcar frequent the Mediafleet news pages regularly and here they are again with another visually outstanding branding initiative.
In January 2015 Europcar was chosen to be the official car hire supplier to the Lawn Tennis Association. Under this 3 year agreement, Europcar will be providing car hire and transport solutions for the ATP and WTA professional Tennis tournaments in the UK.
This is an exciting time for Europcar, and this valuable partnership will of course provide extensive promotional possibilities and key advertising opportunities.
As part of the exclusive partnership with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), Europcar are supplying 49 vehicles for the players and officials involved in the ATP and WTA professional Tennis tournaments throughout the UK across June. Needless to say these 49 vehicles would need their own unique Europcar branding that would set them apart from the rest of the fleet. Europcar called upon Mediafleet to provide all 49 vehicles with a striking set of printed wrap designs.
As is so often the case with promotional wrap orders, production timings were tight. With 4 different designs across 10 different vehicle types it was vital to get every detail correct for each design and each vehicle type. The final livery specifications were established with just 48 hours to print and install before the first vehicles would be needed at the events. A perfect opportunity for Mediafleet’s in house production facility and professionally trained staff to give the level of production capacity, attention to detail and overall focus to deliver up completed wraps, on time and ready for the events.

Our policy at Mediafleet has always been, and continues to be, wherever possible – meet the target completion dates on all projects. In very many cases this becomes a tall order- this was certainly the case on this particular project for Europcar. No flexibility at all available in when the vehicles were required, a complicated overall wrap design in many different versions and a very limited window to execute the print required and then execute the wraps, our systems were put well to the test.
Very rewarding then to not only see all of the vehicles in the right place at the right time, looking very impressive but then to receive back from Europcar how pleased they were with the results.
