Mediafleet Provide Bespoke Branding Solution for Army Reserves recruitment Initiative
Mediafleet are now coming to the end of the third year of providing specialist branding solutions for one of the UK's leading providers of business process outsourcing. With their extensive work with central and local government, Mediafleet are delighted to be providing branding solutions for some of the UK's principal services providers.
Mediafleet Account Manager, Joanna Vernon-Smith, comments:
"Having completed a number of successful projects for Capita and their Army recruitment initiatives, including provision of multiple advertising boards, and the manufacture and installation of a large 7.5tonne tractor and trailer unit, we were asked to take on this rather more unusual challenge - the artwork/design, manufacture and installation of a digitally printed wrap to a huge 6m x 2.5m ISO shipping container, to be used as part of their recruitment initiative for the Army Reserves. Mediafleet always like a challenge and what better a challenge than to assist with such an important project - recruitment for our armed forces."
It goes without saying that this was not going to be a standard wrapping task - this would require a great deal of planning and detailed artwork preparation. Joanna and the Mediafleet team undertook an initial site visit to the container's home in Hull to assess the feasibility of wrapping. A comprehensive report was drawn up detailing all the dimensions and intricate details of the container's entire surface area, inside and out. The client wanted a compete wrap for maximum impact along with internal display pieces and many photos and detailed measurements were necessary to ensure successful branding of the container's more challenging areas.
Bespoke vehicle nets for both the external and internal display areas were then prepared back at Mediafleet's production premises in Oxfordshire. The design and artwork were then applied to these bespoke nets, arranged to create the finished design and adapted to a print and wrap-ready format, in preparation for manufacture and installation.
The 2.3 tonne container was brought to our Witney production facility by the regiment and installation then began. It took one working week to complete all aspects of the container - both external wrap and internal display areas. The new, and greatly improved, ISO container was then collected and taken home ready for its new and vital role as visually inspiring part of the Army Reserve recruitment initiative. The client was delighted with the results.
Mediafleet were pleased to be looped in on a great endorsement from the regiment...
"Our Recruiting ISO was returned last Friday. Mediafleet have done a fantastic job - looks the part both inside and out. Many thanks to you all for your continued assistance in finally getting this completed."
