State of the Art development, Bristol & Bath Science Park, receives wrapped Electric vehicles from Mediafleet.
22.02.2012
The new Bristol & Bath Science Park was opened in September 2011 and following a number of ministerial visits since then, it was selected by the Department of Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) as the venue for a very high profile Manufacturing Summit on 23rd February. This gathered together 9 government ministers including Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and Secretary of State Vince Cable.
The Bristol & Bath Science Park has invested in three Mitsubishi Electric Vehicles as part of their commitment to sustainable commuting. The three EVs are for use by tenants who cycle or carshare to work, but who need to make short journeys in and around Bristol and Bath during the day.
Mediafleet were asked by Bristol & Bath Science Park's official developer, Quantum Property Partnership, to wrap the Park's new Electric Vehicles. This super micro project was moved from conception to completion in just 3 days.
Richard Pitkin, Innovation Centre Director at Bristol &
Bath Science Park:
"These EV's are a really important statement for us, and it was essential for us to get them branded for such a high profile event. We were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Mediafleet team, who appeared to throw everything at it to get it completed in time and did a great job."
Barnaby Smith, Sales Director at Mediafleet, says;
"We were delighted to be asked to wrap the Electric Vehicles for such an exciting new development. Naturally, we are in support of any innovative business development schemes which deliver growth to the UK economy."
