Mediafleet helps Laing O'Rourke with Large Scale Re-Brand Project
23.01.2011

Mediafleet have recently completed a re-brand of 141 commercial vehicles for Laing O'Rourke at their East London Silvertown Hub. The vehicles involved were a mixed fleet of large panel vans, midi vans, car derived vans and Chassis Platforms including Grab Lorries and Pick Ups.

Situated at the East London centre, the vehicles will be operating in a high profile area for Laing O'Rourke in 2011 and 2012 and as such; they were considered a priority and essential that they were fitted with the new corporate fleet branding.

To complete the project Mediafleet removed all existing livery from the 141 vehicles, and then installed the new 2011 LOR branding as part of a rolling program at the Select Plant Hire site.

Carole Avenell, Operations Manager at Mediafleet describes the planning of the project below;

''We manufactured all the new livery at our main production workshops in Witney, Oxfordshire and then deployed fitting teams to the Silvertown site to re-brand the Laing O'Rourke vehicles. Each vehicle was then given an appointed schedule slot on a given date at either an am or pm time (ie: a morning or afternoon slot). Operating the program in this way ensured that vehicle down time was kept to a minimum and that vehicles were taken out of service for the shortest time possible.''
